The condo will bring 170 apartments to the once-industrial neighborhood

One of several new developments transforming Hudson Square, Greenwich West has now launched sales on its 170 apartments. Construction is currently underway on the 30-story condo tower located at 110 Charlton Street, and when complete, the 290-foot skyscraper will be one of the tallest buildings in the immediate area.
