Hudson Square condo with classic vibe launches sales from $965K

By Tanay Warerkar – October 30, 2018

The condo will bring 170 apartments to the once-industrial neighborhood

One of several new developments transforming Hudson Square, Greenwich West has now launched sales on its 170 apartments. Construction is currently underway on the 30-story condo tower located at 110 Charlton Street, and when complete, the 290-foot skyscraper will be one of the tallest buildings in the immediate area.

Apartments at Greenwich West come in studio through three-bedroom variants, including multiple penthouses. Prices start at $965,000. Parisian interior designer Sebastien Segers worked on the interiors of the condo building, and apartments here come with European white oak floors; Carrara marble countertops in the kitchen; Carrara marble walls, countertops, shower, and floors in the master bath; and marble-clad window sills.

On Greenwich West’s ground floor, where residents enter the building, Segers has designed a grand marble staircase that leads to a double-height lobby that will be done up in travertine, leather paneled walls and rosewood millwork. The lobby also offers views of the garden, which will have a variety of plants, some of which will rise to 18 feet along the walls of the building.

The exterior of the condo, designed by another Paris-based firm, Loci Anima, features handmade brick with glazed brick accents. The building will have industrial-style casement windows framed by hand-laid brick patterns and pewter-glazed brick borders.

Amenities at the Strategic Capital, Cape Advisors, and Forum Absolute Capital Partners-developed building include a rooftop terrace and lounge, a 24-hour attended lobby, automated parking, a Wright Fit fitness center, children’s playroom, and bicycle storage.

Sales are being handled by Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, and the sales office is presently located at 435 Hudson Street. Construction on Greenwich West is scheduled to wrap in early 2020.
